Planning a cycling holiday often starts with a lot of questions.
What size bike do I need? Is a BMC available for my dates? Can you deliver to where I’m staying? What’s the riding like around La Manga Club? Where should I cycle from Los Alcázares?
We’ve now made getting those answers much easier.
The OriMar Bikes AI Assistant is live on our website.
Rather than adding a generic chatbot, we’ve built the assistant around the way OriMar Bikes actually works. It understands our bikes, hire service, delivery areas and the cycling destinations we know from years of riding and delivering bikes around the area.
Check bikes and live availability
Tell the assistant your hire dates, rider height and what you’re looking for and it can help identify a suitable bike and check live availability through our booking system.
It also knows the specifications and sizing information for our BMC carbon road bikes, so you can ask questions before making a booking rather than trying to work everything out yourself.
Ask about delivery
Not sure whether we deliver to your accommodation? Ask the assistant.
It can help establish whether your location is within the OriMar Bikes delivery area and guide you through the next step. We continue to improve this part of the service so increasingly specific location questions can be answered quickly and clearly.
Discover where to ride
The assistant isn’t only about booking a bike.
You can ask about cycling from Orihuela Costa, Mar Menor, La Manga Club, Los Alcázares, San Pedro del Pinatar, Torre de la Horadada and the other areas covered by our Cycling Area Guides.
Ask about local riding, climbs, routes or which area might suit the type of cycling you’re looking for.
Built from real OriMar knowledge
This is the part that’s important to us.
The assistant has been developed around OriMar Bikes’ own service and local cycling knowledge, rather than simply connecting a generic AI chat window to the website.
And we’re still improving it.
Real questions help us identify where an answer could be clearer or where another piece of OriMar knowledge should be added. Those small improvements are helping the assistant become increasingly useful to riders planning a cycling holiday here.
It won’t replace the personal side of OriMar Bikes either. If something needs individual attention, we’re still here.
